  • Getting a good night's sleep not only refreshes your body,but also your mind and your emotions. Here are some tips to get the most of your sleep.
  1. Avoid strenuous exercise close to bedtime. Instead, take moderate and gentle stretch for neck, shoulders and back to relax your body and improve quality of sleep.
  2. Replace pillow every 1 1/2 to 2 years.  Keep your head and neck in proper alignment with your spine for peaceful sleep.
  3. Sleeping posture is important. Sleep on your back, with pillow under your knees to support the lower back.
  4. Avoid having large meal too close to bedtime as it can stimulate digestive system and disrupt your sleep. Avoid caffeine, nicotine or stimulants within four hours of bedtime.
  5. Take warm bath before bedtime.  not a shower since this is can be stimulating instead of relaxing and take a few minutes to massage in facial night treatment which can help enhance falling asleep.
